Salary range is 55K - 60KPosition OverviewThe People and Culture Coordinator is a mid-level Human Resources professional responsible for supporting the day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities. This role provides administrative and coordination support for recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, benefit administration, compliance, and employee inquiries. Talent Acquisition & OnboardingCoordinate recruitment activities, including posting job opening, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidatesAssist talent agencies and hiring managers with candidate tracking and interview coordinationProcess onboarding documentation and guide new teammate/managers through the processEnsure completion of pre-employment and onboarding requirementsMaintain accurate recruitment and onboarding recordsEmployee Support & HR AdministrationServe as an initial point of contact for employee inquiries and concernsIntake and respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, leave programs, and HR processesProcess employment-related transactions, including hires, terminations, transfers, and employee status changeMaintain employee records and personnel files in accordance with company policiesSupport employee engagement activities and company-sponsored programsPerformance Management & DevelopmentAssist with performance review cycle administration and trackingDistribute performance review process information and manage inquiriesMonitor deadlines and provide reminders to managers and employeesSupport training and development program coordinationMaintain training records and learning management system dataCompensation, Benefits & HR OperationsAssist with employee benefits enrollment and benefits-related inquiriesSupport annual open enrollment activitiesMaintain accurate employee data with HRIS and related systemsProcess employee changes affecting payroll and benefitsCoordinate payroll-related documentation and reporting as neededGenerate standard HR reports and metricsCompliance & Records ManagementMaintain compliance-related employee records and documentationAssist with HR audits and record reviewsSupport completion of required employment forms and regulatory filingsHelp ensure adherence to company policies and proceduresMaintain confidentiality of employee and organization informationHR Projects & Continuous ImprovementSupport HR initiatives, employee programs, and department projectsAssist in identifying process improvement opportunities within HR operationsParticipate in HR system updates, testing, and implementation activities as neededPrepare reports, presentations, and administrative documentation for HR programs Qualifications Education:Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience:1-3 years of Human Resources, administrative, recruiting experience preferredExperience working with HRIS systems is a plus Skills and Abilities:Knowledge of basic Human Resources principles and practicesStrong customer service orientationAttention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with HRIS platforms preferredStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information professionallyAbility to carry out multiple projects and priorities in an organized and efficient mannerExhibit calmness and empathy when resolving client or personnel issues Inclination to learn and apply new skills and tools License and Certifications: Preferred certifications:Associate PHR, or similar HR certification RequirementsFlexible and willing to occasionally work after hours or on weekends for urgent tasksMust have reliable transportationAbility to lift a 40-pound box Travel up to 10% DisclaimersThis description is intended to highlight the typical functions of the position; it is not an exhaustive list of all possible tasks or responsibilities that may be assigned or required.
