We're looking for a motivated General Labor Technician to join our Dayton team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to begin a rewarding career in the transportation and maintenance industry. No prior shop experience is requiredwe're willing to train the right candidate!
What You'll Do- Perform general facility maintenance, including:
- Sweeping and keeping shop areas clean
- Cleaning restrooms and breakrooms
- Maintaining a safe and organized work environment
- Assist shop mechanics with daily tasks
- Assist with washing and detailing trucks and equipment
- Perform snow plowing during the winter months
- Support the maintenance team with general labor duties as needed
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Forklift experience required
- Ability to drive a manual (stick shift) transmission required
- Experience driving or backing trucks and trailers is a plus
