Position Overview:
It is highly recommended that this individual has sales and managerial experience in the industry. We have a successful and highly motivated team. We need an individual with a track record of hitting their quota and leading a team to increasing their quotas.

** Sales experience, insurance experience and/or State Farm agency experience required **

Responsibilities

  • 75% of this position will focus on sales - hitting your monthly quotas
  • 25% of this position on managerial duties. Such as but not limited to reviewing quotas, training and accountability of the sales staff, professional development, hiring and onboarding of new staff members
  • Working with existing team members and agent to ensure everyone meets their sales quotas
  • Monitor State Farm systems to be sure sales team is maximizing their potential
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements

  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
  • Self-motivated
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers
  • Achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
  • Property and Casualty license (must have currently)
  • Life and Health license (must have currently)
