Responsibilities

· Provide high-quality nursing care to residents.

· Complete admission, transfer, and discharge documentation accurately.

· Maintain detailed and timely nursing notes.

· Complete accident and incident reports as required.

· Report discrepancies regarding physician orders, charting, or medications.

· Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.

· Review resident charts, treatment plans, and medication records.

· Educate residents and families to promote health and well-being.

· Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.

Qualifications

· Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license.

· Current BLS/CPR certification.

· Long-Term Care or Nursing & Rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required.

· Excellent communication and clinical assessment skills.

· Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
