RN II-NICU (CNA)

RN II – NICU (Contract) (CNA)
📍 Location: California 93405
💲 Pay: $2,059 – $2,311/week

• 12-hour Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

• 3 shifts per week (rotating days)

• Voluntary call

• Provide Level III NICU care for stable and critically ill neonates

• Perform assessments, care planning, medication administration, and monitoring

• Manage ventilators, IV therapy, lines/drains, and emergency response

• Interpret labs, hemodynamics, and ECG rhythms; collaborate with physicians

• Educate and support families, including discharge and end-of-life care

• Delegate tasks, maintain documentation, ensure safety compliance

• Float to Pediatrics as needed

• Associate Degree in Nursing (required); BSN (preferred)

• Minimum 2 years Level III NICU experience

• Current RN license (state of practice)

• Certifications: BLS, PALS, NRP (required)

• RNC/CCRN, neonatal transport, and delivery resuscitation experience (preferred)

• Position represented by CNA

• Must meet vaccination requirements
