Job Title: Breakfast Attendant

Position Summary:
The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for preparing, setting up, maintaining, and cleaning the daily breakfast service to ensure a welcoming and satisfying experience for all guests. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain food safety and cleanliness standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and set up breakfast items according to hotel standards.
  
  
• Ensure food and beverage supplies are consistently stocked during service hours.
  
  
• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  
  
• Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, dining room, and kitchen.
  
  
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines.
  
  
• Monitor inventory levels and inform management of needed supplies.
  
  
• Clean up and store breakfast items after service.
  
  
• Report any equipment or maintenance issues promptly.
  
  
• Work collaboratively with hotel staff to provide excellent guest service.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous hospitality or food service experience preferred but not required.
  
  
• Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  
  
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
  
  
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
  
  
• Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented.
