• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• One (1) year of acute care nursing experience required
• One (1) year of home health experience preferred
• Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) EMR preferred
• Active Virginia RN license required
• Valid driver's license required
