Established customer freight supports dependable driving opportunities while the schedule remains centered around returning home every weekend.Drivers typically handle runs averaging around 250 miles. This creates a balanced regional workload with regular freight movement instead of relying on a few unusually long trips to build the week.Driver SetupEvery driver is assigned a late-model 2021–2024 Freightliner Cascadia. No slip seating means the same truck stays with you, providing a more consistent setup and reducing the time spent adjusting equipment between assignments. Each tractor includes double bunks, SiriusXM radio, a 24-inch HD television, refrigerator, battery-powered APU, and a 1,500-watt inverter. These features provide climate control, food storage, entertainment, and power for personal electronics during the workweek.Pay & ScheduleWeekly pay is $1,350 to $1,650 and is deposited every Friday. Drivers also receive additional pay for qualifying detention, layovers, breakdowns, and transition time during their first weeks. The schedule runs Monday through Friday with Saturday and Sunday off. Drivers return home each weekend for a full 48-hour reset rather than receiving only a shortened break between regional trips.Regional OperationAll freight is no-touch, allowing drivers to stay focused on driving and trip execution instead of handling customer freight. Approximately half of the loads are drop and hook, which can shorten time spent waiting at shipping and receiving locations.Live-load appointments remain part of the freight mix, but dispatch planning is used to balance those appointments with drop-and-hook opportunities. Drivers receive trip information and routing instructions from a dispatch team familiar with the regional network.BenefitsBlue Cross Blue Shield medical coverageDelta Dental insurance401(k) with company matching after 60 daysPaid vacation and holidays once establishedLow-cost passenger program for riders 13 and olderDogs of any breed or size welcome at no chargeDriver QualificationsCurrent CDL-A licenseAt least one year of verifiable over-the-road experienceProfessional approach to safety, communication, and customer serviceRouse Trucking is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
