Position Overview:
At Meráki Greek Grill, our servers are the face of the brand and play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and take pride in hospitality, cleanliness, and attention to detail.
Expected Range of Pay including tips:
$24-30/hour on average
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a welcoming and positive attitude
Accurately take and enter orders while guiding guests through the menu
Run food efficiently and ensure proper presentation
Maintain dining room cleanliness, including bussing and resetting tables
Monitor guest experience throughout the visit and address needs proactively
Maintain cleanliness and organization of all front-of-house areas
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company standards
Support team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English required)
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced setting
Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required
