Guiding Angels at Home Care is seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional caregivers to provide quality in-home care services to seniors and adults with disabilities in the Henderson, Tennessee area.

We are currently hiring caregivers for both full-time and part-time positions. Caregivers will provide personal care, companionship, homemaker services, meal preparation, mobility assistance, and other activities of daily living to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.

Available Schedules

Full-Time Positions

• Monday through Friday
• 6-hour shifts
• Consistent weekly schedule
• Daytime hours

Part-Time Positions

• Saturday and Sunday
• 6-hour shifts
• Weekend-only opportunities available

Additional shifts may become available based on client needs and caregiver availability.

Responsibilities

Caregiver duties may include:

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Providing toileting and incontinence care
• Assisting with transfers and mobility support
• Assisting clients with wheelchairs and mobility equipment
• Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when needed
• Providing medication reminders according to agency policy
• Performing light housekeeping duties
• Laundry, linen changes, and bed making
• Washing dishes and maintaining a clean environment
• Running approved errands and grocery shopping when assigned
• Monitoring client well-being and reporting concerns
• Completing required documentation and visit notes
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Maintaining client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following is preferred:

• Home care
• Personal care assistance
• Senior care
• Dementia care
• Disability support services
• Transfer assistance
• Hoyer lift experience
• Wheelchair assistance
• Incontinence care
• Companion care

Requirements

Applicants must have:

• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
• Working smartphone for EVV and communication
• Ability to pass background screening
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients safely
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow care plans and agency policies

Preferred Qualifications

• CNA certification (preferred but not required)
• Home care experience
• Personal care experience
• CPR certification (preferred)
