Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site visits to assess tree health and maintenance needs.
• Develop and deliver tailored recommendations to clients.
• Generate and close sales contracts for tree services.
• Build long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
  
  

Minimum Requirements:

• 21+ years old
• 1+ years of sales experience (preferably selling tree services or related work).
• Clean background check.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to follow directions, work well in a team, and have a positive attitude.
• Open to coaching and eager to improve.
• Certified Arborist credential preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of local tree species and common tree care needs.
• Experience preparing and presenting estimates for services.
• Familiarity with arboriculture equipment and practices.
• Technical proficiency with software for scheduling, CRM tools, or preparing quotes.
• Problem-solving skills to address unique tree-related challenges.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
