Cleaner

My Place Child Care & School Age Center is looking for Cleaners/floaters for our program. Open availability is preferred as you may be requested to work different shifts occasionally. If you have a passion for working with children or want to make a difference in the early education in our community, please contact us. As a cleaner you will be responsible to step into classrooms to give breaks & cover ratios as needed. As a cleaner you will be responsible to sort toys, clean & sanitize toy, shelves & classroom items, as well as bathrooms. You will be trained to work in the kitchen to cover kitchen staff absences. Hours for cleaning positions will be 5:00/6:00pm- 7:30/8:30pm

Floaters may be assigned to a starting classroom each day and move to different classrooms based on needs. Floaters carry out lesson plans created by other teachers but may need to improvise depending on the day or needs of the children. Floaters & Cleaners are usually scheduled regular times daily and cover a variety of areas.

Hours for these positions may change based on enrollment. If you would like to work both as a floater & cleaner, hours would be 2:30/3:00pm- 7:30/8:30pm.

All candidates must be able to work the above hours to be considered for the position(s). This is NOT a remote job.
