We are looking for a dependable, flexible, and compassionate Floater to support our clients and caregivers throughout our service area. This position is responsible for covering caregiver call-offs, conducting client wellness and supervisory visits, assisting with new client starts, and providing hands-on care when needed.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in different environments, can adapt to changing schedules, and is committed to delivering high-quality care and excellent customer service.

Schedule

Option 1:

  • Monday–Wednesday

  • 7:00 AM–7:00 PM

Option 2:

  • Thursday–Sunday

  • 7:00 AM–7:00 PM

  • Guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week.

  • Must be available to respond to last-minute call-offs and urgent staffing needs.

Responsibilities

  • Cover caregiver call-offs and open shifts.

  • Conduct client check-in and wellness visits.

  • Complete supervisory visits as assigned.

  • Assist with caregiver introductions and new client starts.

  • Provide personal care, companionship, and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).

  • Observe and report changes in clients' conditions to the office.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and timely communication.

  • Represent the agency professionally in clients' homes and the community.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license.

  • Reliable personal vehicle with current insurance.

  • Ability to travel throughout the service area.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Reliable, punctual, and professional.

  • Ability to work independently and manage changing schedules.

  • Comfortable working in different client home environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in home care, caregiving, CNA, HHA, medical assisting, healthcare, or customer service.

  • Knowledge of home care services and client care standards.

  • Experience assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).

  • Experience conducting client wellness or supervisory visits.

  • Strong documentation and communication skills.

Transportation

Reliable transportation is required. A company vehicle may be available for business-related duties when needed.
