Your key responsibilities include:Conduct residential and commercial roof inspections.Document roof conditions using AccuLynx CRM.Prepare accurate estimates and present solutions.Educate customers on materials, warranties, and project details.Follow up with leads and close sales efficiently.Coordinate project details with the production team.READY TO BECOME OUR ROOFING SALES REP - ESTIMATOR?2+ years of sales experience2+ years of experience in roofing, construction, or home improvementExperience with AccuLynx or similar CRM platformsValid driver's license and reliable transportationPhysical ability to get on roofs in all weather conditionsAbility to lift 50 pounds and work outside in inclement weather conditions and extreme temperaturesPreferred Qualifications:Knowledge of roofing systems (tile, shingle, TPO, etc.)Proficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelAre you who we're looking for?
