Position SummaryReporting to the Production Supervisor, the Material Handler supports the Production Department by ensuring the efficient movement of materials throughout the manufacturing process. This role contributes to the successful completion of production while promoting a workplace culture focused on health and safety, respect, integrity, quality, teamwork, and professional growth. ResponsibilitiesTransport modules, raw materials, and finished products within and outside the production facility.Assist the Quality department with module inspections.Support the Drill and Cut Operator as required.Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment in accordance with safety procedures.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Perform other duties as assigned.WHAT YOU BRINGHigh school diploma or equivalent.Minimum of one year of manufacturing experience.Valid Forklift/Lift Truck certification preferred but not required.Experience with loading and unloading trucks.Ability to safely operate material handling equipment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
