The LVN/RN is a vitality specialist that helps change the lives of patients and residents each day. This position is for the Weekend Double shift on the skilled hall. A LPV/LVN is responsible for providing a full range of nursing in an interdisciplinary environment including: -Treatments -Care Planning -Medication Administration (to include IV therapy)-Provision of Direct Patient Care -Problem Solving -Monitoring Patient Care provided by unlicensed staff.
