- Can listen and communicate to customers
- Is well versed in the Board Game industry
2. Has retail experience
3. Can work part time hours (5-12 hours a week) Could be more
4. Has an outgoing personality and good social skills
5. Works well with other employees
6. Is well organized and detail oriented
7. Is punctual
