Job Brief
Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Pallet Prep for our client. This role is responsible for preparing pallets for outbound shipments by organizing, stacking, wrapping, and labeling products. This role ensures pallets are built accurately, securely, and in compliance with shipping and safety standards. The position requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

This role ensures pallets are built accurately, securely, and in compliance with shipping and safety standards. The position requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
What’s a Typical Day Like?
- Build and prepare pallets according to order specifications and shipping requirements.
- Stack products safely and securely to prevent damage during transport.
- Wrap pallets using shrink wrap or other materials to ensure stability.
- Label pallets accurately with appropriate shipping and product information.
- Inspect products and pallets for damage or discrepancies prior to shipment.
- Move pallets using pallet jacks or other material handling equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.
What Are the Requirements of the Job?
- Prior warehouse or palletizing experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift, move, and stack materials as required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
- Warehouse environment with exposure to moving equipment and varying temperatures
- Ability to lift and move products (up to 50 lbs or more as required)
- Ability to stand and work for extended periods
- Frequent bending, lifting, and stacking
