What You’ll Do
- Teach individuals and small groups using SwimLabs’ proven curriculum.
- Adapt lessons to meet the needs of each swimmer.
- Ensure safety at all times by following established protocols.
- Track attendance and progress, keeping parents/guardians informed.
- Support facility upkeep, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
- Previous swim instruction or coaching experience (preferred).
- Strong communication skills with both children and adults.
- Knowledge of swimming techniques and water safety.
- Ability to adjust teaching style to different skill levels and learning needs.
- CPR & First Aid certification (preferred).
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Passion for working with children, including those with special needs.
- Flexible schedules: 4–30 hours per week
