Infant Teacher

Tiny Little Blessings Daycare is seeking a compassionate, responsible, and dynamic Part-Time Closing Teacher to join our Infant & Toddler team! This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in creating a safe, loving, and engaging classroom atmosphere.

Position Details

• Part-Time Afternoon / Closing Shift
• Infant & Toddler Rooms
• Monday–Friday
• Typical shift: Afternoon to 6:00 PM
• Located in Mount Juliet, TN

• Deliver attentive and nurturing care to infants and toddlers
• Oversee children while maintaining a secure classroom environment
• Assist with daily routines, such as diaper changes, feeding, and naps
• Foster a love of learning through play, activities, music, reading, and curriculum
• Ensure the classroom remains clean and organized throughout the day
• Accurately document care and activities in Brightwheel
• Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
• Contribute to maintaining a clean, prepared, and ready classroom before closing

• Must be punctual and dependable
• Must possess a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Experience in childcare is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual
• Must be patient and nurturing, with a strong engagement with children
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively as part of a team
• Must successfully pass required background checks
