Position Overview:

Wildwood Country Club is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to lead membership growth and marketing efforts. This role is responsible for managing the full membership lifecycle while building the club’s brand presence through digital marketing, communications, and promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all membership inquiries, tours, follow-ups, and onboarding
• Plan and attend events for members
• Maintain and update the member database and support retention efforts
• Track membership data, including joins, drops, and trends
• Create and manage social media content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Develop and send weekly and monthly email communications
• Design marketing materials, including flyers, event graphics, and promotions
• Update website, POS System, and Google Business profile
• Build and execute monthly content calendars and marketing campaigns
• Promote membership initiatives and collaborate with local media partners
• Attend committee and board meetings and report on membership and marketing initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience with social media, email marketing, and content creation
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Experience with CRM systems preferred

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed
