Job Description: The Janitorial Team is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our facilities. The janitorial team supports a great guest experience by ensuring excellent presentation of our company in guest-facing areas.
Job Purpose: To support the crafting of excellent guest experiences, by ensuring facilities exceed guest’s expectations of cleanliness.
Job Qualifications:
%CF; Ability to follow directions pertaining to food safety, chemical safety, and daily maintenance of equipment
%CF; Reliable transportation to and from work
%CF; Works days, nights, holidays and/or weekends as required
%CF; Ability to work in a team environment
%CF; Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
%CF; Must have problem solving abilities, and time-management skills
%CF; Commitment to accurately and quickly prepare and deliver items to guests
%CF; Coachability
%CF; Pleasant and friendly demeanor through entire shift
%CF; Commitment to cleanliness of our facility: willingness to assist in cleaning of restrooms, auditoriums, and other areas as directed

Job Tasks:
%CF; Adhere to company standards of cleanliness in all areas of our facility
%CF; Communicate with managers when maintenance issues arise
%CF; Ensure proper use of chemicals while cleaning, and proper use of any equipment
%CF; Ensure janitorial operations are running smoothly by completing all “Jolt” checklists in a timely manner
%CF; Ensure restrooms are fully stocked, and well-detailed prior to opening
%CF; Pro-active in getting things done and exceeding expectations of both guests and team members
%CF; Observe and follow sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of cinema
%CF; Stocking and putting away items in concessions and in restrooms
%CF; Showing flexibility and willingness to perform tasks outside of an assigned position
%CF; Complete training and attend classes as directed
%CF; Taking out trash as necessary
%CF; Comply to all manager requests for any cleaning tasks or other duties
%CF; Greeting and welcoming, answering questions, thanking and saying goodbye to guests
Physical Requirements

%CF; Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
%CF; Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 45lbs.
