Lead a hands-on compliance team at one of Richmond's most established parking management companies. This is a frontline leadership role with real day-to-day authority — you'll set the tone for how our compliance team operates across the city.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily parking compliance operations, including coverage for major events
• Supervise and mentor a small compliance team — build schedules, coordinate equipment/supplies, and be the go-to for questions in the field
• Own the customer service side of compliance: respond to emails, voicemails, and escalated disputes with professionalism
• Support occasional booting and towing coordination as needed, including vendor communication
• Train new compliance staff on protocols, documentation standards, and handheld enforcement technology
• Help shape compliance policy as the company grows

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in parking compliance, security, or a related field
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and access to reliable transportation
• Strong communicator — comfortable working with clients, contractors, and the public, including in tense moments
• Clear, professional written communication for email correspondence
• Quick to learn new software and hardware, with the ability to train others on it
• Someone organized and dependable who can run a small team without heavy oversight
• Positive, energetic attitude — this role sets the culture for the team
