Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for ICU patients according to established standards and the nursing process.
- Monitor patient status, collect data, analyze assessments, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate progress.
- Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff; coordinate with physicians and other disciplines to ensure safe, holistic care.
- Collaborate with patients and families, provide education, participate in discharge planning, and promote a safe environment.
- Administer medications, monitor for adverse effects, respond to emergencies, and document care in the electronic medical record.
- Maintain professional judgment and perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- BLS certification is required; ACLS certification (AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS) required
- At least two years of recent ICU/acute care nursing experience
- BSN preferred
- EPIC EMR experience required
- Ability to work day shift in a fast-paced acute care setting
