Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Charge Nurse at our Elba, AL facility. As a Charge Nurse, you will play a vital role in leading our nursing team in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring a smooth and efficient clinical environment. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and supervision to nursing staff, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures

• Assist with the development, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans

• Coordinate and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration

• Ensure accurate documentation and effective communication with other healthcare professionals

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to promote patient satisfaction and clinical excellence

• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the State of Alabama

• Minimum of 0 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with a passion for leadership and patient care

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, with a commitment to providing exceptional service
