Fitness Sales Associate

Do you love fitness, meeting new people, and being part of a fun, energetic team?
HOTWORX Dickinson is looking for a motivated, dependable, and outgoing Fitness Sales Associate to help grow our membership community while creating an amazing experience for every member who walks through our doors.
What You’ll Do:
*Welcome and connect with members and guests

*Give studio tours and help people start their fitness journey

*Sell memberships and retail products

*Follow up with leads and referrals

*Assist with social media and community events

*Keep the studio clean, organized, and welcoming

*Encourage members and help them reach their goals

What We’re Looking For:
*Positive attitude and strong work ethic

*Comfortable talking with people and building relationships

*Goal-oriented and self-motivated

*Reliable and coachable

*Passion for health, fitness, and wellness

*Sales or customer service experience is a plus

Schedule:
*15–25 hours per week
*Days or evenings, and at least 1 Saturday shift 9-2
*Opportunity for bonuses and commissions
