About the Role:
As a BCBA at Empire ABA, you will be responsible for:
Developing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans
Supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and providing ongoing training and support
Conducting assessments and adjusting treatment goals as needed
Collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success
Maintaining compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
Compensation and Schedule:
Pay Range: $80,000 - $110,000 ANNUALLY
Full-Time: 40 hours/week or Part-Time Available
Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
Location: Cape Fear, NC

Requirements:
Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
