Bilingual Child Care Assistant

We're seeking a dedicated childcare assistant to join our in-home daycare team in Alexandria, VA.

• Provide exceptional care for children aged birth-3 years, including diaper changes and potty training
• Prepare nutritious meals for infants and toddlers, and assist during mealtime
• Maintain a clean and safe environment after meals, including washing dishes and sanitizing toys
• Care for multiple children simultaneously
• Contribute to weekly learning plans and creative activities
• Prior childcare experience is essential
• Upon hiring, complete 16 hours of state-mandated training

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strict requirement
• A background check will be conducted
• We require three professional references
• Candidates must be paid through a payroll company
• Hours needed 8AM-5:30PM

• First Aid and CPR certification is highly desirable at the time of hire
• Mat training is an added bonus

• Paid federal holidays
