What You'll Do
- Conduct pre-employment screenings, including resume reviews, candidate correspondence, reference checks, and background checks.
- Coordinate and support recruitment and onboarding activities to ensure a positive candidate and new employee experience.
- Review and process payroll functions accurately and timely while responding to employee payroll-related questions.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department.
- Assist with administration of employee benefit programs, including enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries.
- Assist with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment meetings, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday celebrations, retirement celebrations, and other employee engagement activities.
- Assist with the review, development, and updates of Human Resources policies, procedures, and employee handbook content.
- Develop and maintain positive internal relationships across departments to strengthen employee engagement and organizational culture.
- Support employee communication efforts and recognition initiatives.
- Maintain knowledge of employment laws, company policies, and human resource best practices.
- Assist with special projects, reporting, and other Human Resources initiatives as assigned.

- Recruiting and onboarding processes are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Payroll is processed accurately, and employee questions are resolved promptly.
- Employee benefits are administered effectively with minimal disruptions.
- Human Resources records, policies, and procedures remain accurate and up to date.
- Strong working relationships are established across departments, contributing to a positive workplace culture.
What You Bring
- 2-3 years of Human Resources, payroll, recruiting, benefits administration, or related experience preferred.
- High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
