Outside Sales Rep- Western NY Territory
Job Description
- This role supports homeowners across Western New York, including Buffalo, Orchard Park, Hamburg, West Seneca, Cheektowaga, Amherst, Tonawanda, Niagara Falls, Lockport, Batavia, and Rochester.
Candidates based within this region are strongly preferred due to travel requirements.
Run 2–3 pre-set, in-home sales appointments per day (no cold calling)
Travel throughout your assigned territory to meet homeowners
Deliver professional product presentations and close deals in a one-call close environment
Provide estimates, financing options, and guide customers through next steps
Manage follow-up and maintain your sales pipeline
This role is best suited for candidates who are comfortable working independently and spending significant time in the field.
Most reps:
Travel across a large territory (often 80+ miles one way)
Spend several hours per day driving
Work evenings and weekends to meet homeowner availability

1+ year of customer-facing or sales experience
Strong communication and closing ability
Self-motivated and disciplined work style
Valid driver’s license and ability to meet driving/insurance requirements
Willingness to travel and work a flexible schedule
In-home sales (windows, roofing, HVAC, solar)
Commission-based or high-performance sales experience
Territory or route-based sales
Pre-set, qualified appointments (no prospecting required)
Consistent lead flow
Structured onboarding and training
Sales tools (iPad, CRM) and support
First 60 days: Training pay up to $2,700/month + commission
First-year average: $90K–$130K
Fully ramped: $130K–$190K
Top performers: $300K+
