We are looking for capable and flexible employees who are eager to learn and work multiple different roles here at our theme park.When you join our crew, you'll enjoy:FREE entry to all Enchanted Parks locationsExclusive employee ride nightsTeam‑member events and celebrationsDiscounts on select Food and Merchandise Free UniformsFree tickets for your friends and familyYour Enchanted ResponsibilitiesThis role will require you to be trained in the following positions:Ride operator Ability to complete ride operator training and iROCAssist guests with safely loading and unloading ridesCheck safety restraints and ensure guests meet ride requirementsOperate ride controls when assignedMonitor rides while they are in motion to ensure guest safetyClearly explain ride safety rules and procedures to guestsHelp maintain a clean and organized ride areaFollow Worlds of Fun safety procedures and Guest‑First service standardsWork as part of a team to keep rides running smoothlyAssist with other duties as needed by ride leadershipAquatics - LifeguardKeep constant, focused watch over guests enjoying Oceans of Fun.Recognize and respond to aquatic emergencies using the world‑class techniques taught by our Worlds of Fun Aquatics Leadership TeamMaintain a "Test‑Ready" skill level after certification-because even heroes must stay sharp!Follow all policies and procedures outlined in the Training program.Assist other areas of the Aquatics Department whenever needed.Participate in 4 hours of In‑Service training each month to keep your skills strong.Enforce all Oceans of Fun policies across the waterpark.Can successfully pass all lifeguard training and licensing, including written and practical testsStay calm and confident in stressful or emergency situationsCan exit any pool or attraction without ladders, steps, or zero‑depth exitsCommunicate safety policies to guests in a friendly, helpful way.Support Oceans of Fun's Guest First Standards, creating magical moments for every visitor.Maintain consistent, punctual attendance.Perform additional duties assigned by Aquatics leadership.Food Service Associate - CateringGreet guests with a smile and create a fun, friendly atmosphereMust obtain food handlers license or be willing to obtain one upon hiredAbility to pass food handlers test and other ServSafe courses.Station and serve food quickly and kindlyKeep food stands clean, safe, and stockedHelp with daily tasks like setup, restocking, organizing, and nightly cleanupWork together with your team to keep things running smoothlyMaintain the Enchanted Parks standards for Friendly, Clean, Fast, Safe serviceAccess Control Associate - SecurityOperate walk‑through metal detectors, handheld wands, and x‑ray screening equipmentMonitor guest and employee entry and exit pointsVerify team member credentials and ensure proper access controlCommunicate clearly and professionally with guests, team members, and leadershipUse radios and phones to stay in constant communication with the Public Safety teamWork with other team members to maintain a safe and organized entry processComplete accurate reports and documentation when requiredHelp keep assigned areas clean, orderly, and guest‑readyWork outdoors in various weather conditions throughout your shiftPerform duties independently while following established safety proceduresAbility to obtain security license (paid training provided)Comfortable working around security screening equipmentBasic computer and radio usage skillsAbility to stay calm, focused, and professional in busy situationsWhat Makes You a Great FitRequired age: 18+Must have availability to work 5 days a week from 10:30am through 7:30pmAbility to work Saturday through Wednesday each weekExcited to work outdoors in all types of weatherAbility to stand and walk for Flexible when it comes to job roles and responsibilitiesComfortable with getting day of assignmentsWillingness to be trained on all rides, select water park areas, security screening, and food and beverage rolesAbility to pass required training certifications and other testingEnergetic, enthusiastic, self‑motivated, and great at multitaskingStrong teamwork skills-you love working with othersAble to lift 40-50 lbs and push 30 lbs when neededClear and friendly communication skillsReady to Apply?Apply online at EnchantedParks.com/JobsEnchanted Parks is a Smoke‑Free, Drug‑Free Equal Opportunity Employer.
