Staff Social Worker for their sub-acute unit.
Salary: $75K to $90K range (based on experience)
Qualifications:
Must have BSW or MSW
Must have 2+ years experience as a Social Worker in long term care
Must have experience in a nursing home setting
Must have strong organizational and case management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
