Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care to our residents, including assessing their needs, developing and implementing care plans, and administering medications and treatments
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and support staff, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatment options, and self-care techniques
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the nursing leadership team
Requirements
Current RN licensure in the State of Nebraska
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (n/a)
Minimum (n/a) years of experience as a Registered Nurse
