Job Summary:
Milkshake Factory is looking for a dependable and hardworking Dishwasher to help keep our shop clean, organized, and running smoothly. This behind-the-scenes role is key to delivering the fun, fast, and high-quality experience our guests love. Key Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize all dishes, cups, utensils, and equipment used for milkshakes and desserts
• Keep dish area, sinks, and back-of-house spaces clean and organized
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Restock clean dishes and supplies for team members as needed
• Take out trash and keep disposal areas clean and maintained
• Assist team with light cleaning and support tasks during busy times
• Help maintain a smooth workflow during peak hours

Qualifications:

• No experience required—training provided
• Strong work ethic and willingness to help the team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Comfortable working in a warm, wet, and fast-paced kitchen environment
