Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday: 4:00 PM–11:00 PM
  
  
• Every Other Weekend: 9:00 AM–9:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our residential team. The DSP will provide daily support, supervision, and assistance to individuals in a residential setting while promoting independence, safety, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support in a residential setting
  
  
• Assist individuals with activities of daily living and personal care
  
  
• Prepare meals and assist with household tasks
  
  
• Support medication reminders and follow care plans as required
  
  
• Assist with community activities and appointments
  
  
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment
  
  
• Encourage independence and participation in daily activities
  
  
• Complete required documentation and communicate concerns to supervisors
  
  
• Provide dependable coverage for scheduled shifts
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous DSP, caregiver, HHA, or direct care experience preferred
  
  
• Valid driver’s license required
  
  
• Reliable and dependable
  
  
• Compassionate and patient with a strong commitment to person-centered care
  
  
• Ability to work evenings and every other weekend
  
  
• Must successfully complete required background checks and onboarding requirements
