Essential Functions:
- Perform vehicle deliveries to clients ensuring their complete understanding of their vehicle and its technology (this may require multiple deliveries and visits).
- Assess customer knowledge and priorities to personalize each delivery. Set clear expectations with clients about their vehicle ownership.
- Follow-up with clients to ensure their understanding of their vehicle and satisfaction with the overall ownership process.
- Provides front-line support to clients with complex technology questions or concerns during the ownership experience.
- Ensure overall customer satisfaction and monitor for points of improvement in the customer experience.
- Partners with the Sales Consultants and Vehicle Delivery Specialists to share information regarding common concerns after delivery.
- Maintains a high degree of product and technical knowledge, including information about all Subaru products, resources, features, benefits, applications and competitive vehicle technology and reviews.
- Help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the dealership, especially the vehicles on the showroom floor.
- Train other dealership personnel on relevant technologies and their usage.
- Assist the receptionist and sales staff in greeting clients in a timely manner.
- Must be willing to perform duties away from the dealership including but not limited to vehicle deliveries, setting up garage doors and making 'house calls' to assist clients.
- Troubleshoots vehicle technology and vehicle system features.
- Achieves Client Satisfaction goals as set by Sales Managers/GSM
- Creates and maintains FAQ guide for clients.
- Attends weekly department meetings as appropriate.
- Maintains all certification requirements.
- Maintains client records in CRM to accurately show re-delivery appointments, phone calls made, or emails sent.
- Provide administrative support to management, other departments and employee.

Minimum Qualifications/Skills:
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma; and one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
- Understand deadlines and be able to apply the appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks
- Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook)
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast-paced environment
Work Environment/Physical Demands:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers.
Physical requirements include occasional lifting/carrying of 5 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions include but are not limited to inside an office environment.
