Service Plumber Description:
1-Tom-Plumber is a fast-growing emergency plumbing start-up that provides services to both commercial and residential properties.


We’re the plumber Gwinnett County GA trusts.


We love Atlanta, Alpharetta, Buford, Lawrenceville, and neighboring communities in North East Georgia. As life-long residents and business owners, we wanted to bring a different kind of plumber experience to the area. Our purpose is to deliver true emergency plumbing using only the best plumbers who know how to provide the highest customer service. Whether it’s unclogging a kitchen drain, replacing a shower valve, or repairing a cracked sewer line, we won’t be satisfied until you’ve had an experience that you rave about to your family and friends.

We are looking for a service plumber of all experience levels. However, compensation will vary depending on experience.

Job Qualifications
  • At least 25 years old for insurance purposes Required
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record
  • Schedule flexibility to work one night a week and one weekend a month Required
  • At least three years of residential plumbing experience is required
  • Experience using Service Titan software is preferred but not required
  • Excavation experience is preferred but not required
  • Living within 35 minutes of Lawrenceville is preferred but not required
  • Can consistently complete minimum of $35,000 in revenue in completed jobs
  • Must be able to park company supplies vehicle at your residence Required

Responsibilities:
  • Leverage state-of-the-art equipment to provide first class service to our customers.
  • Identify other opportunities for servicing and discuss with customer.
  • Maintain consistent communication with dispatch
  • Perform excellent quality work and customer service
  • Properly clean and maintain equipment and vehicle
  • Participate in on-call rotation and rapidly respond to customer’s plumbing emergencies
  • Most importantly, be the team member everyone wants to work with!
