What You'll Be Doing:

As a Grill Cook at Oak Barrel Cafe, you’ll be at the heart of our kitchen operations, preparing high-quality meals that keep our customers coming back for more. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking a variety of menu items on the grill to perfection.
- Ensuring food is prepared safely and in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy hours.
- Managing time effectively to meet order demands without compromising quality.

What We're Looking For:

We’re seeking someone who brings skill, experience, and a positive attitude to the kitchen. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience as a grill cook or in a similar role.
- A solid understanding of grilling techniques and food preparation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
