Job Description
Start your day in Niagara Falls, NY, where you’ll roll out from our rental facility to job sites across the area. Your laptop and tablet sync with our T3 platform so you can open and assign work orders, pull live machine data from dozens of OEMs, and zero in on root causes fast. You’ll keep the newest fleet in the industry performing at its best — and you’ll be part of a team determined to reinvent how construction gets done. This role includes a $2,000 retention bonus.
What a Day Looks Like- Head to a customer site in your service truck, diagnose a fault code, and determine the corrective action using OEM data and our tech tools.
- Repair and maintain complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer-owned machines and aerial lifts.
- Document everything you do — create, update, and close work orders accurately and on time.
- Track service intervals and order parts so equipment is ready when customers need it.
- Practice safe work habits and follow company protocols; OSHA knowledge is preferred.
- Coach junior techs when needed and help with equipment/parts pick-up and delivery.
- Keep a clean, professional service vehicle for field calls.
- Engage in year-round OEM training to stay sharp.
- Pitch in with other duties as assigned.
- Based at our Niagara Falls, NY rental facility with regular travel to customer job sites.
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; overtime paid after 40 hours.
- On-call rotations as needed with additional compensation.
- Salary range: $19.50/hr - $42.00/hr. Factors including past experience and location may affect final compensation rate.
- Advanced mechanical aptitude and comfort using laptops/tablets on the job.
- Hands-on experience with construction equipment; strong understanding of schematics/diagrams.
- Top-tier customer service, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Own the tools required for the role.
- High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred.
- Background in field service, maintenance, and repair preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable record; must be at least 21 to operate a company vehicle.
- Ability to move, stand, stoop, and bend freely; lift up to 50 lbs.
- Some customer sites require Field Technicians to be clean shaven for entry.
