This onsite, full-time role exists to guide the housekeeping operation, protect service standards, and keep rooms and public spaces running smoothly.Key responsibilitiesLead, coach, and support the housekeeping teamComplete room/public-area inspections and follow up on fixesCreate schedules, track payroll, and support budget goalsManage inventory: ordering, par levels, and supply organizationUse hotel systems to assign work, coordinate priorities, and close out issuesEnsure proper cleaning procedures, equipment use, and chemical safety while responding to guest needs quickly and professionallyRequired skills/qualificationsMust be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduledStrong leadership, organization, and problem-solvingOpera PMS + HotSOS (or similar systems)Budgeting, scheduling, payroll, and inventory controlKnowledge of cleaning techniques and chemical safetyHospitality service standards + guest satisfaction focusMicrosoft Office (Excel, Word) and clear communicationSpanish/English bilingual preferredReady to lead the sparkle?
