What You’ll Be Doing

As a Barback, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our bar operates smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be the backbone of our team, supporting bartenders and helping create a seamless experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies throughout shifts.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Assisting bartenders with preparation tasks, such as cutting garnishes and setting up stations.
• Collecting and cleaning glassware and bar tools during service.
• Monitoring stock levels and communicating needs to the team.
• Providing general support to ensure the bar runs like a well-oiled machine.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking candidates who are enthusiastic, reliable, and ready to contribute to our dynamic team. To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position or in the hospitality industry.
• A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A team-oriented attitude and a willingness to lend a hand wherever needed.
• Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy items.
