What You'll Do

As a Toddler Teacher, you'll create a safe, nurturing, engaging environment where children are known, loved, challenged, and encouraged to take their next developmental step.

You'll:

• Build genuine relationships with the children in your care and learn what makes each of them unique.
• Plan meaningful learning experiences inspired by children's interests and developmental needs.
• Help children build communication, independence, problem-solving, social-emotional skills, and confidence.
• Observe developmental milestones and celebrate progress with children and their families.
• Create a classroom filled with exploration, creativity, imagination, laughter, kindness, and learning.
• Communicate with parents as a partner in their child's development.
• Support your fellow teachers and contribute to a professional culture of teamwork and mutual respect.
• Show up each day ready to learn, contribute, and become better at your craft.
