Dishwasher for Zaxby's

The Utility Team Member supports restaurant operations by maintaining clean dishes, equipment, work areas, floors, storage areas, and other assigned restaurant spaces. This position is essential to maintaining a clean and food-safe operation.

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, pans, and smallwares.

• Maintain the dishwashing area in a clean and organized condition.

• Clean kitchen equipment as assigned.

• Sweep and mop floors.

• Empty trash and replace liners.

• Clean trash receptacles and designated waste areas.

• Maintain clean storage and receiving areas.

• Assist with dining-room and restroom cleaning as assigned.

• Restock cleaning and sanitation supplies.

• Use cleaning chemicals according to safety instructions.

• Follow established sanitation procedures.

• Immediately report spills, safety hazards, pest concerns, or equipment problems.

• Assist kitchen and service team members as needed.
