ECE Lead Teacher

Lebanon Lutheran School Early Childhood Center is looking for a caring, energetic, and dependable Early Childhood Teacher to join our team!

We are a small, Christian childcare center with a strong family atmosphere. We believe children thrive when they feel safe, loved, respected, and encouraged to explore and grow. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will help provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children. Responsibilities may include:

• Building positive, trusting relationships with children
• Planning and participating in age-appropriate activities and learning experiences
• Supporting children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom
• Communicating with families about their child's day and development
• Working collaboratively with fellow teachers and staff
• Providing loving, respectful care throughout each child's day

• Team player with excellent communication skills
• A great appreciation for young children
• DCF Lead Teacher Qualified
• High school graduate or equivalent
• 18 years or older
