We're hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated local retail fleet based in Shafter, California. This position offers daily home time, 100% no-touch freight, consistent year-round freight, and modern equipment while delivering to retail locations throughout Southern California.

• Home Daily
• Typically 2 consecutive days off each week
• Weekend work is required
• Most dispatches begin between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM
• Days off are generally scheduled during the week

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle
• Deliver dedicated retail freight throughout Southern California
• Transport both dry van and refrigerated trailers
• Complete approximately 2–3 stops per route
• Return backhaul freight to the distribution center
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain electronic logs and DOT compliance

Drivers primarily operate throughout Southern California, with routes originating from Shafter, CA.

Applicants must live within 50 miles of Shafter, CA (93263).

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 6 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience
• Must live within the approved hiring area
• Comfortable operating both dry van and refrigerated trailers
• Available to work weekends
• Comfortable with afternoon and evening dispatch times
• Ability to pass DOT drug screening, background check, and meet company safety standards
