Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives to support growth and innovation.
• Streamline recruitment processes to attract and retain talent, with a goal of reducing time-to-hire.
• Design and implement employee engagement and retention programs.
• Integrate HR best practices into daily operations and ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
• Lead and administer performance management systems to improve productivity and organizational effectiveness.
• Oversee benefits and compensation administration, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on HR initiatives and workforce management strategies.
• Utilize HR technology and tools to support effective human capital management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of human resources management experience.
• Experience leading strategic HR initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to develop HR strategies and successfully implement operational plans.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
