Responsibilities

Direct the daily food preparation and execution of our menu to ensure every plate meets our high standards of quality.

Guide and support the kitchen staff during service to keep the line running smoothly and efficiently.

Manage inventory levels and coordinate with our kitchen manager to maintain fresh, high-quality supplies.

Uphold our cleanliness and safety protocols to provide a secure environment for the whole team.

Collaborate with the head chef to refine recipes and experiment with new, seasonal menu additions.

Set a positive tone in the kitchen, fostering an atmosphere where everyone feels encouraged to produce their best work.


Requirements

Minimum of three years of experience working in a professional kitchen environment.

Advanced understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices.

Ability to remain calm and focused during high-volume dinner rushes.

Strong command of culinary techniques including sauting, grilling, and proper knife skills.

Consistent reliability and the ability to maintain an organized station.

Certification in food handling or culinary arts training is highly desirable.
