The OpportunityPhil Long KIA is hiring a Kia Certified Automotive Technician to diagnose and repair most vehicle systems with minimal supervision, delivering safe, accurate results that meet dealership and factory standards. You’ll move between diagnostic time, focused repair time, and quick touchpoints with Parts to keep jobs flowing. Throughout the day, you’ll verify vehicle condition, keep the RO story clear and complete, and communicate timing changes early so expectations stay on track. When needed, you’ll take a short road test (or coordinate one), then wrap up with a final quality and cleanliness check before the next ticket. Between vehicles, you’ll scan new technical bulletins and make time for manufacturer training to stay sharp.
