At Lakeshirts, our Production Artists help turn creative ideas into production-ready apparel and accessories across screenprint, embroidery, applique, heat press, foil, acid gel, softwash, sublimation, and more. We are looking for detail-loving Floor Support Production Artists to support the screenprint production floor, troubleshoot artwork issues, and help keep quality standards clear, consistent, and moving in the right direction.This is an onsite position in Detroit Lakes, MN. No remote opportunities are available for this role.PAY + SCHEDULELocation: Detroit Lakes, MN - onsite. Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:00 PM or 8:00 AM-4:00 PM. Pay: $18/hour. Join us and be part of a company that values teamwork, innovation, and making work enjoyable every day!A TYPICAL DAYComplete Production-requested art fixes, including; design concept, spelling, color, and print-quality.Using Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop for design needs.Coordinate daily priorities with leadership, including screen sending, design changes for text & color, create production-ready files, and visual concept artwork to display for customers.Partner with Production to resolve floor issues and ensure high-quality customer products.Record design errors and inconsistencies.Support lean practices by reducing waste in daily work.Communicate standards questions or inconsistencies to your Lead.Manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptionsSKILLSGraphic Design degree preferred; strong Adobe proficiency required.Comfortable with computers, digital art files, and workflow systems.Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to shifting priorities.Clear communicator who works well with Artists and Production.Reliable, flexible, and able to make sound decisions independently.Eager to support screenprint production and improve standards.Able to multitask.Friendly and welcoming.WHY LAKESHIRTS IS THE PLACE YOU WANT TO BEAt Lakeshirts, we believe in making work as awesome as the apparel we create.
