We're looking for dedicated, compassionate Support Counselors to help individuals reach their fullest potential – and have fun while doing it!What You'll Do:Build strong, positive relationships with participants and their familiesSupport individuals in developing life skills like communication, socialization, and self-helpPlan engaging, age-appropriate community activitiesCollaborate with families and professionals to achieve participant goalsDocument progress using the iCareManager App in a timely mannerChampion participant independence while respecting their choices and voicesWho You Are:Passionate about working with individuals of all abilitiesA strong communicator who is person-centered and team-orientedResponsible and reliable – you follow through and show upEnergetic, creative, and eager to make a difference every day'05; What You'll Need:Be 18 years or olderHave a high school diploma100+ hours of experience working with people with disabilitiesA valid driver's license (no more than 3 points) and reliable transportationA smartphone capable of running required appsAbility to safely lift up to 70 lbsBonus if you have skills in ASL, behavior management, or experience with autism/seizure disorders
